Earlier this week reports appeared on the web to the effect that both Sadie and Matt were to appear in court yesterday (26th February 2009) to answer charges related to the release of a BNP membership list last November. Yesterday afternoon a press officer for Powys police, confirmed that neither have been charged with any offence, nor do they have plans to do so. Also yesterday evening I received a text message from Sadie also confirming this.
Members should be asking why did this (obviously planted) story appear now? Is it a case of the Party's leadership desperately trying to justify the disgraceful treatment of these two good Nationalists.

A Powys police press officer confirmed today that they have no intention of charging either Sadie nor Matt with any offence in the near future, both simply remain on police bail pending further investigations.

I did remove this story earlier, but after receiving Sadie's text message I reinstated it.
I'm now 100% sure there was no court appearance yesterday (Thursday). And had either Sadie or Matt been charged by the police, the national BNP website would have been shouting about it for days before it came to court.

This story has caused a lot of uncertainty Nick must be laughing his head off. He has made fools of you all and will go on doing so until he is stopped.
Both were in court yesterday and Matt Single pleaded guilty to releasing the list. They have taken you for a fool Chris. They did it and have now owned up to it, good nationalist my arse. This proves that Nick was right all along and that they are Red infiltrators.
I would much rather believe Nick Griffin than your cheap and nasty little blog. Sadie Graham and Matt Single released the names of thousands of BNP members and should be jailed for that crime and for supporting them you should be locked up with them.

We don't convict people on instinct, in this country we require evidence. And quite simply there is no evidence what so ever to implicate either Sadie or Matt with the release of the list.
There is good (albeit circumstantial) evidence to suggest that the leak benefited Griffin. Now I have to admit this would be unlikely to result in a conviction if taken to court. If however we take your suggestion that I participated in the release, I can assure you most definitely that your instinct is totally wrong. Like Matt and Sadie I know nothing about the leak's source, but I can only make a very educated guesses.

I have to admit I couldn't see why Anon (9:23 PM) thought it was your post. Anonymous posts are in some way very annoying, but they do allow cowards to exercise their right to free speech.

You say I have attacked the leadership, I say I have criticised. Your labelling of VofC as a dissident group is quite simply wrong, it’s a quite legitimate attempt to democratise the party. All parties have subgroups within them (examples of which are: Labour's Fabian society, and the Tory's Monday Club), whose aims are to try to influence party policy and quite often also to bring about constitutional change. As for your comment about my actions being underhanded, that's rich coming as it does from you, an anonymous poster!

As of last Friday afternoon, no charges had been brought against either Sadie or Matt, and according to Powys Police's press office, nor were there any immediate intentions to do so. If you think that they may have been charged this week, what exactly is your reason for believing that?

The BBC, with some 1,000 Common Purpose 'graduates', er, 'investigates' Common Purpose
Whenever the BBC says it is going to 'investigate' anything to do with the global conspiracy you can always forget the 'investigate' bit and this was the case yet again with its radio 'investigation' into the sinister 'training' organisation, Common Purpose.
The show presenter writes about 'conspiracy theorists' believing that Common Purpose wants to 'take over the world'. No they don't. They say that Common Purpose is one part of a vast web of interconnecting organisations that are creating a global Orwellian state.
This is one listener's review of the programme:
'A typical Biased Broadcasting Corporation event, Brian Gerrish on tape with no right of comment to what was being said. Robin Ramsey, the token 'conspiracy theorist expert' from the 'safe' Lobster Magazine, who obviously threw in the standard bullshit about conspiracy 'constructs' and who, as a fervent critic of David Icke, made sure the 'lizard' theme was introduced to discredit the whole thing.

WIGAN POLICE BULLIES - COMPLAIN!
We have now discovered that the police officer responsible for the cancellation of the Lancashire Battle for Britain Road Show was one P.C. Liptrot from the Licencing Department at Wigan Police Station (Greater Manchester Police).
This bullying little politically correct fascist threatened the owner of the Pure Nightclub in Leigh with the loss of his licence and a taxi contract if he allowed the event to go ahead. This threat is of course totally illegal and utterly groundless, but worried about his business and the jobs of his staff in these hard times, the club owner reluctantly agreed to cancel the event.
Although we were able to find a last minute replacement venue, we are not going to take this lying down!
You can help by complaining to Greater Manchester Police! Ask them to confirm that the police have no right to try to bully private businesses into breaking contracts, that the BNP is as entitled as any other political party to hold meetings and fund-raising events and that far from trying to stop such events the police in fact have a legal obligation to take steps to guarantee our right to express and impart our political views.
Demand an investigation into and disciplinary action over P.C. Litrott's actions, and a formal apology from Wigan police to the venue owner and the BNP.

A jealous policeman abused his powers to seize CCTV footage from pubs hunting for evidence of his wife's affair with his best friend, a court heard.
Pc Andrew Liptrot, 47, claimed that he was investigating "serious" crime before taking hours worth of film away from the bars in Chorley, Lancs.

This is certainly a disgraceful incident, and appears to be yet another example of police acting as the paramilitary wing of the Labour party. However are you sure that the police officer in the two stories is the same person? Litrott may not be a common name, but it's not inconceivable that they are different officers (perhaps related to each other). As the officer in the second story has appeared in court already, it is likely that he has been suspended for some time now, so is probably unlikely to have been on duty at Wigan police station recently.
I have already (on line) submitted a complaint to the Manchester police about this police intimidation of a business owner for political ends, and I would encourage all readers of this blog to do the same.
